These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MeshProx (https://app.meshprox.com), operated at meshprox.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Service
MeshProx provides software that helps you install and manage IPv6 proxy infrastructure on servers you control. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful rights to use those servers and IP ranges, and for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Accounts & acceptable use
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You may not use the service for illegal activity, spam, credential stuffing, DDoS, or abuse of third-party networks.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose operational or legal risk.
Plans, billing & refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance via cryptocurrency through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew for the period shown at checkout unless cancelled. Because digital service delivery begins immediately, refunds are generally not offered except where required by law or at our sole discretion for billing errors.
Your infrastructure
You retain ownership of your VPSes and data. You grant us permission to connect via SSH (during onboarding) and via the installed agent to configure proxies per your instructions. You are responsible for provider firewalls, bandwidth costs, and server security outside what our agent configures.
Availability & disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or proxies, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
