This Privacy Policy describes how MeshProx (meshprox.com) collects and uses information when you use our website and platform.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address, password hash, plan and billing status.
- Server data: IP addresses, SSH credentials (encrypted at rest), agent metrics, and proxy configuration you create.
- Payment data: cryptocurrency payment references from our processor; we do not store card numbers (card payments are not currently offered).
- Technical logs: API access logs, error reports, and agent connection metadata for security and troubleshooting.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the service.
- Process subscriptions and support requests.
- Detect abuse, fraud, and platform errors.
- Comply with legal obligations when required.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with infrastructure providers (hosting), payment processors (NOWPayments), and when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Retention & security
We retain account and server data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Passwords are hashed; SSH secrets are encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices
You may request account deletion by contacting support@meshprox.com. Deleting your account removes platform-held server credentials and proxy records subject to backup retention windows.
